To confirm your reservation we require deposit payments in three instalments of the total booking value: Your first payment of 25% is required by 30th June 2009. The second payment of 25% is required by 1st November 2009 and the balance payment by the 1st February 2010. Other then the initial deposit all further payments must be made by cheque as credit cards are not acceptable. All payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable, we therefore advise our clients to take out their own personal holiday insurance. Christmas Eve: On your arrival at the Broadway hotel, we invite you to take afternoon tea from 3pm in our charming lounge. In the evening enjoy a glass of chilled Champagne with dinner in the Courtyard Restaurant. Mulled wine and warm mince pies await you on your return from Midnight Mass at St Michael’s Church, which is a short walk from the hotel. Christmas Day: Start the day with a traditional full English breakfast served in the restaurant. Our chef uses only the finest local produce and ingredients in his preparation of Christmas lunch, which will be served from mid-day in the Courtyard Restaurant. In the afternoon you may wish to take a walk in the beautiful surrounding countryside or play a few board games in the cosy lounge. A delicious Christmas buffet completes the evening. Boxing Day: After breakfast, stroll around Broadway before returning to the hotel in readiness for the trip to the Aladdin Pantomime in Cheltenham (included in the package, the coach leaves the hotel at 11am). On your return enjoy afternoon tea and Christmas cake, served from 4pm. The evening’s three-course candlelit dinner in the Courtyard Restaurant is accompanied by live musical entertainment. 27th December: After a full English breakfast we wish you farewell. 30th December: Arrive at your leisure from 3pm. Afternoon tea is served until 5pm in our oak beamed lounge. A three-course dinner is served in our Courtyard Restaurant. New Year's Eve: Breakfast is served from 8am. Take the opportunity for a relaxing day in the hotel or explore the village of Broadway and the surrounding area. The evening's revelry starts with a glass of Champagne before you proceed through to the Courtyard Restaurant for a four-course candlelit dinner accompanied by musical entertainment. Continue to enjoy your evening by dancing in the New Year to our live band. For non-residents attending the New Year's Dinner and Dance, the cost will be £75 per person by ticket only. Dress for the evening's celebrations is black tie. New Year's Day: Farewell breakfast is from 8am to 10.30am.
